  • Photocopy of Corporate ITR / Audited FS for the past 2 years
  • Photocopy of Certificate of Registration with the BIR
  • Latest Photocopy of BIR Form 1903 – Tax Payer’s Record Update ( TRU )
  • Certified true copy of SEC Certificate of Registration
  • Certified true copy of Articles of Incorporation and By – Laws, Partnership and Association registered with SEC
