Job Function:
  1. In charge of a company’s marketing efforts and strategies.
  2. Promote the company’s products and services by working closely with advertising and Marketing Managers who report directly to them.
  3. Responsible for estimating the demand for the corporation’s products and services and discovering new market segments that would be interested in buying from the company.
  4. Develop a strategy for product pricing based on the market demand and similar products offered by competitors.
  5. Keep an eye on trends that indicate a need for emerging products and services and oversee new product development.
  6. Set sales plans and goals for the properties.
  7. Develops strategies and recommends procedural changes to meet competition, increases sales and profitability and improves customer satisfaction
  8. Interprets marketing policies, procedures, and programs to Management and sales personnel.
  9. Informs Management of sales efforts progress conferring closely on any matters of special handling or unusual developments.
  10. Responsible in driving the sales function and sales force by collaborating with the Marketing Head in establishing short and long term sales strategies to attain the yearly sales goals.
Job Qualification:
  • Licensed Real Estate Broker.
  • Four (4) years graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • 5-7 Years of solid work experience in a senior level for Sales and/or Marketing position in real estate/property development

Job Function:
  1. Plans, evaluates and creates process documentation to be implemented by Customer Service Officer and Assistant.
  2. Builds and Improves client relationships and customer service quality results by considering, evaluating and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results.
  3. Resolves complaints, issues, and concerns of clients and give adequate solutions.
  4. Deals with and diffuses all difficult client issues or situations.
  5. Elevates to management immediately all central issues involving clients.
  6. Communicate with clients face to face, via phone, email or letter.
Job Qualification:
  • Four (4) years graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • With three (3) years work experience in a senior level for Customer Service.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate/property development.

Job Function:
  1. Investigate client’s feedbacks and concerns, finds and provides solutions.
  2. Communicate with clients face to face, via phone, email or letter.
  3. Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by customer service assistant.
  4. Work with management on customer service initiatives.
  5. Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  6. Ask clients to provide feedback on customer service experience.
  7. Analyze data and statistics to make recommendations on how to improve customer relationship and services.
Job Qualification:
  • Four (4) years graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • With three (3) years work experience as Customer Service.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate/propert

Accounting Supervisor

Job Function:
  1. Review, verify and certify the request for payment, petty cash replenishment, check vouchers, journal vouchers to ensure the validity of the transaction.
  2. Check and post transaction entries in ACCPAC prior to preparation of payment.
  3. Assist the Accounting Manager in the maintenance of the accounting system such as: add/edit Chart of Accounts, Project and Vendor codes and Lock/unlock periods.
  4. Prepare the Profit and Loss Report every month and prepare the Income Tax Return on a quarterly and annual basis.
  5. Coordinate with the external auditor for the annual audit requirements and in charge of BOI and other government reportorial requirements.
  6. Supervise Accounting Staff to ensure that accounting procedures, systems, and controls are consistently implemented and act as the Department Head when the Accounting Manager is not around.
Job Qualification:
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With three (3) years work experience in General/Cost Accounting
  • Work experience in real estate/property development is an advantage.

Technical Auditor

Job Function:
  1. Conducts compliance audit regularly to ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures for Design and Construction.
  2. Review of submitted project completion percentages used as basis for progress billings by contractors.
  3. Conducts inventory and review of the handling /control procedures for Owner Supplied Materials.
  4. Reconciles contract pricing to final construction plans.
  5. Performs detailed audits to confirm compliance with contracts, change orders and purchase orders.
  6. Collates summary of findings, causes, recommendation and action plans and prepare & submit audit report to Immediate Superior for review.
Job Qualification:
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With three (3) years work experience.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate/property development.

Manual Writer

Job Function:
  1. Writes, formats, and maintains company operations manual.
  2. Assist with developing, documenting, updating and maintaining documentation for various systems and departmental processes, policies and procedures
  3. Collaborate with appropriate team members or managers in documenting requirements, creating manuals and training aides.
Job Qualification:
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course.
  • With minimum of two (2) years work experience in writing/revising policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • With work experience in an ISO certified company.
