Euro Towers is a fast-growing Real Estate Development company. Its corporate head office is located at the 3rd floor of Vivaldi Residences Cubao in Quezon City. One of its core activities is focused on the development of high quality residential projects in very strategic locations that provide the buyers with high value for money investments. Euro Towers aims to enable more people to enjoy and experience world class urban living, providing the best combination of comfort, accessibility and affordability.

The first project of Euro Towers is Vivaldi Residences Cubao. A 40-storey tower nestled between the MRT and LRT-2 transit lines at the corner of EDSA and Aurora Boulevard. Its address befits the transit-oriented city dweller, while its design depicts no less than the fine aesthetic and a discerning taste.

Vivaldi Residences Davao is the 1st project to be launched outside Metro Manila. Located within Davao’s prime business district, it is an excellent second home both for residents of Davao and those from nearby cities in the south. It is right across Ateneo de Davao with over 90 percent of public transportation passing directly in front or a block away from the site.

The third project is the colorful and charming Milan Residenze Fairview in Quezon City with a most exceptional location, being the only development in the country to be situated at the center of three malls: Robinsons Mall, Ayala Terraces, and SM Fairview.

Euro Towers developments offer Studio, One-Bedroom, and Two-Bedroom units all come with a balcony.

Euro Towers offers flexible payment options which suit the needs of our clients. One can own their dream home by availing any of these payment terms: (1) Cash Payment within 30, 60, or 90 days; (2) Differed Cash, and; (3) Installment terms. Euro Towers also offer in-house financing scheme whereas buyers who wish to avail bank financing could be assisted by Account Management Department [AMD] to coordinate with accredited banks.

Request for changes after an Official Sales may be processed through AMD and will be subject for Management’s approval and corresponding processing fee.

(a) A reservation fee of Php25,000.00 paid in cash for Vivaldi Residences Cubao while Php15, 000.00 paid in cash for Vivaldi Residences Davao and Milan Residenze Fairview

 (b) 2 valid IDs with three specimen signature (Government Issued ID for Principal Borrower, Spouse, SPA and Co-Borrower whichever is applicable) with photocopy of front and back.

(c) Proof of income through any of the following: latest 1 month pay slip, Certificate of Employment with Compensation, Job Contract, Bank Statement (for currently self employed, with business or practicing professional) 

(d) Proof of Billing through any of the following (telephone/mobile/cellphone bill, electricity bill, water bill, cable bill, credit card bill)

(e) Accomplished Euro Towers Forms

Unit reservation is valid until 30 calendar days. Inability to submit other documentary requirements (which include but not limited to employment documents, 4pcs of 1×1 photos of the principal buyer, spouse, Attorney-in-fact and co-borrower) within 30 days will make the reservation forfeited unless, a notification (written or via email) within 24 hours was made to Euro Towers.

An account becomes past due if the buyer fails to pay any amount due on the date specified for its payment. In such case, Euro Towers shall have the right to collect a penalty from the buyer at the rate of three percent (3%) per month of the unpaid amount plus interest of two percent (2%) per month, where the monthly interest is pro-rated to reflect the actual days of delay. Any and all payments shall be made by the buyer to Euro Towers on or before the stipulated due dates without the necessity of notice or demand.

Yes, this comes into two forms: (1) Unit reservation from a buyer currently abroad, and; (2) Unit reservation from a client who will go abroad. The first form can be done by submitting a Special Power of Attorney (SPA), allowing the person here in the Philippines to be his/her Attorney-in-fact. A scanned copy of the SPA signed by the Principal Buyer abroad will be honored to make the unit reservation, provided that the original copy will be sent within 45 calendar days. Duties and responsibilities of Attorney-In-Fact includes submission of 2 valid IDs with three specimen signature, scanned copy of the consularized SPA form, and filling out all Euro Towers forms.

The second form in which the Principal Buyer will leave for abroad requires the latter’s signature in the original SPA and all Euro Towers’ Forms. Duties of the Attorney-in-Fact in this case is limited to facilitating all transactions with Euro Towers whereas all forms should bear the Principal Buyer’s signature.

Yes, foreigners, under Condominium Act are entitled to own 40% of the entire outstanding capital stock of a Filipino owned or controlled condominium corporation. The same documentary requirements as those of Filipino buyers shall be submitted to purchase a unit.

A Notice of Turnover will be transmitted to the buyer’s address indicated on the CTS via courier or registered mail. It will indicate the requirements for move-in. Upon signing the Memorandum of Unit Turnover and Acceptance, the Permit to Move-in may already be issued within five (5) days after completion of the following:

(a) Full payment of the Total Contract Price (TCP) or Full Downpayment with submitted Bank Letter of Guaranty / Pag-IBIG Notice of Approval and our receipt of loan proceeds to complete payment of TCP

(b) Full payment of the Turnover Fees (Title Transfer and Move-in Fees)

(c) Submission of complete documentary requirements

Transfer of ownership can be facilitated with the assistance of AMD and is subject for approval of Euro Towers and payment of corresponding fees.

Payment of association dues starts upon buyer’s signing of the Memorandum on Unit Turnover and Acceptance (MUTOA) or upon Deemed Acceptance of the unit.

Buyer shall be liable for payment of Real Property Tax (REPT) upon signing of the Memorandum on Unit Turnover and Acceptance (MUTOA) or upon Deemed Acceptance. Kindly note that the REPT is included in the assessment of Turnover Fees.

Job Function:
  1. In charge of a company’s marketing efforts and strategies.

Job Qualification:

  • Four (4) years graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • 5-7 Years of solid work experience in a senior level for Sales and/or Marketing position in real estate/property development

Job Function:
  1. Plans, evaluates and creates process documentation to be implemented by Customer Service Officer and Assistant.
  2. Builds and Improves client relationships and customer service quality results by considering, evaluating and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics, monitoring and analyzing results.
  3. Resolves complaints, issues, and concerns of clients and give adequate solutions.
  4. Deals with and diffuses all difficult client issues or situations.
  5. Elevates to management immediately all central issues involving clients.
  6. Communicate with clients face to face, via phone, email or letter.

Job Function:
  1. Investigate client’s feedbacks and concerns, finds and provides solutions.
  2. Communicate with clients face to face, via phone, email or letter.
  3. Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by customer service assistant.
  4. Work with management on customer service initiatives.
  5. Compile and print reports on overall customer satisfaction.
  6. Ask clients to provide feedback on customer service experience.
  7. Analyze data and statistics to make recommendations on how to improve customer relationship and services.
Job Qualification:
  • Four (4) years graduate in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.
  • With three (3) years work experience as Customer Service.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate/propert

Accounting Supervisor

Job Function:
  1. Review, verify and certify the request for payment, petty cash replenishment, check vouchers, journal vouchers to ensure the validity of the transaction.
  2. Check and post transaction entries in ACCPAC prior to preparation of payment.
  3. Assist the Accounting Manager in the maintenance of the accounting system such as: add/edit Chart of Accounts, Project and Vendor codes and Lock/unlock periods.
  4. Prepare the Profit and Loss Report every month and prepare the Income Tax Return on a quarterly and annual basis.
  5. Coordinate with the external auditor for the annual audit requirements and in charge of BOI and other government reportorial requirements.
  6. Supervise Accounting Staff to ensure that accounting procedures, systems, and controls are consistently implemented and act as the Department Head when the Accounting Manager is not around.
Job Qualification:
  • Certified Public Accountant
  • With three (3) years work experience in General/Cost Accounting
  • Work experience in real estate/property development is an advantage.

Technical Auditor

Job Function:
  1. Conducts compliance audit regularly to ensure adherence to approved policies and procedures for Design and Construction.
  2. Review of submitted project completion percentages used as basis for progress billings by contractors.
  3. Conducts inventory and review of the handling /control procedures for Owner Supplied Materials.
  4. Reconciles contract pricing to final construction plans.
  5. Performs detailed audits to confirm compliance with contracts, change orders and purchase orders.
  6. Collates summary of findings, causes, recommendation and action plans and prepare & submit audit report to Immediate Superior for review.
Job Qualification:
  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With three (3) years work experience.
  • Preferably with work experience in real estate/property development.

Manual Writer

Job Function:
  1. Writes, formats, and maintains company operations manual.
  2. Assist with developing, documenting, updating and maintaining documentation for various systems and departmental processes, policies and procedures
  3. Collaborate with appropriate team members or managers in documenting requirements, creating manuals and training aides.
Job Qualification:
  • Graduate of any four (4) year course.
  • With minimum of two (2) years work experience in writing/revising policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications required.
  • With work experience in an ISO certified company.
