Vivaldi Residences Davao clarifies that the Yellow Tag issued by the Davao City Local Government Unit (LGU) pertains only to the building’s perimeter and does not affect the building’s interiors or overall structural integrity.
As confirmed by the Office of the City Building Official (OCBO) and the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Davao Chapter, the Yellow Tag indicates restricted use of the perimeter areas only, following their rapid visual inspection conducted on October 20, 2025.
The management assures residents and the public that the building remains safe and structurally sound. Occupants have already begun moving back in, with repairs and reinforcement works currently ongoing under the supervision of structural consultants and city authorities.
Vivaldi Residences Davao continues to coordinate closely with the OCBO, engineering partners, and other relevant agencies to ensure that all compliance and safety measures are properly observed.
